What sets Alister apart is his combination of expertise and adaptability. He's incredibly organised and comes to every session with a clear plan, but he's also brilliant at reading where you're at on the day and adjusting things on the spot if you're carrying an injury or just not feeling 100%.

That flexibility has kept me consistent and injury-free throughout.The training itself is varied and engaging - we've covered everything from core work to complex compound lifts, so sessions never feel repetitive.

Alister really takes the time to understand what you want to achieve and tailors the programming to help you get there, rather than following a cookie-cutter approach. He's also great at coordinating PT sessions around the group fitness classes, making sure everything complements each other rather than leaving you burnt out.

No. It's for anyone who wants more structure, better results, or just needs someone to keep them consistent. Beginners, experienced lifters, return-to-sport - all different starting points, same standard of coaching.
